Length of stay:
A Friday or
Saturday night visit
requires a minimum
two night stay. A
three night minimum
is required on
holiday weekends and
special event
weekends.
Deposit: A
50% deposit for the
quoted rate is
required to
guarantee your
reservation. For a
one night stay the
full amount of the
reservation will be
charge at the time
the reservation is
made.
Cancellation:
We look forward to
your stay with us.
Sadly for us, things
come up and you may
not always be able
to join us as
planned. If the
reservation is
cancelled 30 days
prior to arrival,
the 50% deposit
collected at the
time of the
reservation will be
gladly refunded
minus a processing
fee of $30.
Reservations
cancelled within 15
days of arrival will
forfeit the entire
deposit.
Reservations
cancelled with less
than 7 days notice
will be charged the
full amount of the
reservation.
Check in: 3 –
6 PM unless prior
arrangements have
been made with the
innkeepers.
